All-day casual-dining chain Indigo Deli, which is popular with the breakfast crowd, has launched a new egg-centric menu that is served every weekend. The ‘Eggs from Heaven’ fare, as they’re calling it, includes regional takes on eggs such as salli par eedu; akuri; Goan chorizo with brun and fried eggs; and hari chutney double fried eggs. You can also nosh on Continental preparations such as eggs, bacon and cheese French toast; steak and eggs; and smoked salmon eggs Benny with maple bacon on a croissant. Like their regular breakfast menu, the new dishes will be served all-day through Saturdays and Sundays across the six outlets of the chain.
