• The Boston Butt, a charcuterie and BBQ-focused restaurant and bar, will open in Kala Ghoda on Wednesday, August 24. The bar will serve Prohibition Era-inspired cocktails such as Ward 8 (whisky, orange juice, lime and grenadine), Ocean Drive (gin, red wine reduction, grated nutmeg and mint) and Curry Scented B***h (vodka, cherry, brandy, dates, curry leaves and cranberry). The food menu will feature dishes like smoked calamari chilli; smoked chilli cheese pizza; grilled mutton chops with Kentucky BBQ dip; smoked potato skin with cheddar, Gouda and mascarpone; and chocolate chip cookie with chocolate sauce and salted caramel ice cream. • The Chocolatier, an all-day cafe and bakery, opened in Navi Mumbai on Monday, August 22. • On Thursday, September 1, South-East Asian restaurant Chi Na Chi Ni will open at the Royal Tulip Hotel in Navi Mumbai. The menu will feature Japanese, Thai, Korean and Chinese fare such as wasabi fried rice; plum and chilli crispy pork; Burmese curry; Australian lamb rack in pepper sauce; dragon roll sushi; and chocolate dim sum.
